IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TICKET PURCHASERS

A.  GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE

• Statutory rights are not affected;
• By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms including the refund policy;
• Programme subject to alteration, including but not limited to, cancellation of cannonade or fireworks due to safety considerations.  There will be no refund or compensation for any programme alteration;
• Entry to the Tattoo is by ticket (including home print option) only.  Doors open 60 minutes before the start of the performance and ticket holders are requested to be seated 10 minutes before the start of the performance.  Parking areas may be up to a 15-minute walk from the ticket entrance, as such, all ticket holders who are driving to Dockyard are encouraged to arrive before 7:00 p.m.;
• The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission;
• Tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded; and,
• Personal belongings and baggage subject to search.
