2015 marks the 50th anniversary of the uniting of the Bermuda Militia Artillery and the Bermuda Rifles into The Bermuda Regiment. The men and women of the Bermuda Regiment have worked long and hard to produce a calendar of spectacular events during this anniversary year. The Bermuda Tattoo taking place in the historic Keep Yard at the Royal Naval Dockyard between 22 and 24 October is the Anniversary Year's highlight.

My wife and I look forward to welcoming residents and visitors alike to the Tattoo. Along with some 400 musicians, singers and other performers, from here and our partners overseas, the Tattoo will be an evening to remember for everyone who sees it.

As Commander-in-Chief of the Bermuda Regiment, it is with great pride that I commend all those involved with the planning and execution of not only The Bermuda Tattoo but all the events held throughout this celebratory year.
